FLC is a regional leadership conference where FBLA members gather to participate in workshops, leadership training, and competitive events, fostering personal growth and teamwork while preparing for district and state-level competitions.
RLC is a competition-focused event at the regional level, where members showcase their skills in various business and leadership contests, with winners qualifying for state-level competitions
SLC is a statewide conference where top-performing students from regional competitions come together to compete at the state level, attend workshops, and engage in networking opportunities, aiming to qualify for the national stage
NLC is the pinnacle of FBLA events, bringing together state winners from across the country to compete at the national level, attend leadership seminars, network with business professionals, and celebrate their achievements.
